Blaziken

B:Flamethower-Like Bowser's Fire Breath
B Side:Sky uppercut-Like Raptor Boost but double damage to aerial opponents
B Down:Blaze Kick-Spins around with fiery feet and launchs two blazing kicks, you can move control stick up,down, or behind you.
B Up:Submission-Jumps upward, if contact was made with an enemy Blaziken grabs them, scorches them, and tosses them forward

I'll get more stuff later.

I recon you should be able to play as the master hand and giga bowser but smaller version and without stanima and up to five people cause theres room

i think there should be a new version of a luigi i mean 2 marios but only 1 luigi not fair well heres mine

~B-running headbutt hold B and runs forward to hurt opponets let go of B to stop
~A-tail swing at face
~AA-tail swing at face then at feet
~AAA-tail swing at face, feet the punches you away

~A^-swings tail towards sky
~Adown-spins and hits with tail on ground
~runningA-instead of using his hands like Luigi uses feet

~A-one kicking thing that looks like the matrix kick
~A>-one hand thing that Luigi does with his karate chop

HOW TO UNLOCK: beat adventure mode on normal with luigi (without continues)

I got 2 dr who characters here they are:
.DALEK.
B=Death ray-says exterminate and then fires death ray wich is a one hit ko.
B(down)=Plunge-the longer it sucks the more percent it does.
B(up)=Elevate-5 seconds both ways(left and up ect...)
B(left or right)=Aim-aim signal comes on screen move to aim and press the B move to do the exterminate move(not lock on.)
A=Plunger-the plunger moves in and out of the enemy(tap A.)
A(up)SMASH- eye piece -eye piece up.
A(left or right)=SMAH Eye piece-Eye piece swings half way left then all the way right.
A(down)=Elevating stomp-elevates high and stomps the ground or enemy.
Dalek is also twice as powerful as it is classified metal.

This is my second one:
.The Doctor.
Nearly the same as Gannondorf but with the same element as D.R Mario and when B move is fully charged will instantly kill the enemy you can also interupt the B move as it is 2 seconds longer.

How to unlock:beat all players on supreme mode the doctor first then once completed as doctor get dalek.

I thought of this one along time ago, here it is:

Swampert:

B Moves:
B up: Rock Jump, Jumps up and throws a large rock at the foe.
B down: Earthquake, Shakes the arena and throws everybody on to the ground.
B Right/Left: Mega Punch, Like Gannondorfs B attack except stronger.
B: Surf, Launches tidal wave in the direction you are facing.

A Moves:
A up: SMASH, Punches foe above you.
A Left/Right: SMASH, Punches towards direction that you are facing.
A Down (On Ground): Downward Punch, Sends shock waves out in all directions.
A Down (In Air): Downward Arial Punch, Punches down at high speed.
A: Hydro Pump, Blasts high pressure water in direction you are facing.

Swampert has 1 super high jump but cannot double jump.
Swampert's L, R, and Z shields last only half as long.

Unlock by Defeating Classic on Hard with any Character.

B+Up:Rises in the air, glides for about three seconds; chance to resurface or drop.
B+Down:Creats shield of darkness that knocks nearby enemies far away.

B+Right:Dashes rightward, guaranteed to stop if near edge.

Small jumps, but can perform a triple.

A:Punches forward at incredible speed, can be very fast-paced if button is pressed repeteadly.
A+Up:Places hands high up in air and sideways, longer button is held, stronger attack is.
A+Right:Kicks very fast and hard with two of four legs. The longer button is held, harder the kick.
A+Left:Kicks are fired using other two legs. The longer the button is held, the powerful the attack.
A+Down:Spins around vigourously using all four legs. Very powerful. The longer button is held, the more powerful attack becomes.

B Moves

B:Fires quick but damaging stream of alien breath.
B+Right:Slashes with sharp claw.
B+Left:Slashes with sharp claw.
B+Down:Reflects damage (similar to Fox's reflect)
B+Up:Punches upward. Similar to Mario's coin punch.

Z Moves

Z:Grabs enemy, then uses four legs to kick powerfully. Bounces back in different direction after doing this.
Stance:Tilts back head and laughs.

Perks: very fast, very strong.
Shields:Glimmering gold, normal lasting period.

Can be unlocked by Event #52-battle with Oxide

A moves will mainly be described by their properties. damage will NOT be variable, simply because i don't want to bother with myself as of now. Important things to moves are: speed, direction foe is sent flying, disjointed vs. nondisjointed, sweet spot, priority, meteor qualities, knockback(or lack theirof, especialy in the case of sex kicks), etc.

The length of grab and the direction of the throws are more important than their damage. Throws are mainly chained to other moves, anyway.

Super Smashes. This is my own personal Idea. Each character has "Super Smashes". Powerful moves that don't completely ruin the game. These do NOT include CGI sequences, 00ber screen nuking projectiles, or OHKOs. If you want to see super moves that are well balenced, check out Kof2k3. I also Like CvS2's supers.

you only slightly BUMPED this topic (was it really necessary to reply to a topic ended in october?), but i'm stickying it so nobody makes duplicate topics of this.

[color=blue]My character...based off of my favorite dark type Pok'emon besides Mightyena.
Sneasel
B-Ice Beam: Like Bowser's fire breath. 5% chance of freezing each hit.
B+side-Slash:Kind of like Bowser's, except Sneasel doesn't pick up the opponent.
B+down-Icy Wind:Creates a small sphere of rushing snow around Sneasel. 5% chance of freezing.
B+up-Faint Attack:Sneasel dissapears in a cloud of black smoke. He reappears in a desired spot(like Zelda's Faore's wind). Also a third jump.
Throw Up:Sneasel grabs opponent and tosses upward, and slashes with claws twice.
Throw Down:Sneasel throws down opponent and launches an array of icicles in mid-air.
Throw Side: Sneasel tosses upwards at an angle and jumps up and slashes.
Smash Side-Crush Claw:Sneasel violently strikes the opponent.
Smash Up-Fury Swipes: Almost the same as Link's smash, but does it much faster.
Smash Down-Fury Cutter:Sneasel swings claws from side-to-side. Second slash is more powerful if the opponent is caught in the first slash.
