Does anyone know know how I get the recommendation for the Bravil and Kvatch mages guild

There is no Mages guild in KVatch but Bravil all you do is go into the place and speak to the argonian. This one is hard because you can never find the idiot after one time. Oh and you are going to need about 500-1000 gold I think. I put in a range because I am not sure but it is closer to 500.

Bravil... wasn't that the one where you had to rescue the guy from his dream world? Anyway, if it is not, just talk to the head of that guild hall and he/she should tell you what to do. Or is that the one with the oracle lady? I can't really remember.

Anyways yes that is the place where you save the guy from the dream world but that is not the recomendation quest. The recomendation quest is when one member steals a staff from another member and you have to buy it back.I think your reward should be pay.
