Right here i go,
i need the pufferfish to trade for the hammer handel from the doctor person,
But i know you need to get the knife to make the fishing rod,
which i have herd you need to limes and tuna fish for him before you get that.
However i know that is on the Third island, and i cant get to that cause i havent got the hammer head or anything to make the boat.
So i cant help The Gardener and get the limes.
and i cant make the fishing rod cause i haevnt got the knife
and i cant get the pufferfish cause i havent got the fishing rod.
So im totally stuck
its on big mess, i really need to get out of this.
Can anyone help :( please?

I caught the fish for the hammer handle by spear fishing around the island.......the same for the tuna fish
....but I can't get the knife, or the limes

Spear fish around the place were the crates/watermelons appear or near the SOS place.

L18HLM:: you have to keep choosing 'make' on the boat until it will finally let you explore. you might have to get some sleep in between b/c you may not have enough energy to continue. i suggest you get some sleep also before you finally go out exploring.
ircase:: i couldn't find the pufferfish over by the SOS place or crate place. i guess you fish all over and depending on the game you find it. idk...but i found the pufferfish over by where the boulder fell during the storm one of the first nights you got to the island.
