stupid cannoe

I have maxed body points and have made the best bed short of sandle or hard wood and my toon is all the way happy and it keeps telling me i need more energy or a better bed well if i cant get off this island how can i get better wood anyone have any ideas it is frusterating me

1st I played on my own and did get frustrated until I found the "Walkthroughs". One of them lists resources for each part of each island

Did you build the best stove possible because then you can make bread and all kinds of more nutritious meals?

In I think Airplane jungle there is teak wood

Collect cotton and all the feathers you can for a better mattress

i have goten all the way to this place called the ancient thearter on the third island and ther is this thing called the ceramonial platfornm and i need to do somthig but need some more body strecnthe. Does enyone now cheats to increase body.FOR PSP ONLY : rock :

there is no cheats to gain skill points but the best way to increase your body skill is to either spear fish (a lot of fish) or gather resource such as sisal or you can also climb trees and things like that.
