Cheat Gnome
While at home or on a lot, press L1(2), R1, X(2), Up. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:
10,000 additional Simoleons
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R1 while playing the game. An option to advance time by six hours will now appear on the Cheat Gnome. Select the Cheat Gnome, then cancel the selection. Press Up, Left, Down, Right, R1 again. A "Give Sim Simoleons" option should now appear.
Pet Points
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Triangle, Circle, X, Square, L1, R1 while playing the game. A "Pet Points" option will now appear on the Cheat Gnome.
Pet Emporium fully upgraded
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Right, Down, Right, Up, Right, Down, Right, Up while playing the game.
Advance time by 6 hours
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R1 while playing the game. An option to advance time by six hours will now appear on the Cheat Gnome.
Most cheats are out of order but they all do something. u get 2 cheats out of these some do the same thing.

Okay i know for a fact this is the Gnome cheat. First of all remember that every time you restart a cheat push start and then return to game it will clear everything you pushed. You can also do the gnome cheat in the save game, game options, personal ex.... ok so once your ready, do it slow and steady. you will know the gnome is activated because you will hear a troll like growling gnome noise... Ok ready the Cheat is im most positive because it just worked for me is..... UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT R1 UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT R1 now i just need to find the simeleons cheat and then we will all be good to go. And I will inform you guys
