(Bon Voyage) How do I reset the Hotel that I built with a payphone?

I built my hotel...did the changelotzoning hotel, which worked. However, after I had a family go there on vacation, I saw some things that needed to be changed. I did the boolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled false command to add & remove doors & windows, now I can't get the payphone back in front of my hotel even though it still says "Lodging" when I exit the neighborhood & go back. It's got the mailbox & trashcan in front of it. I've tried community, hotel, everything. So now my Sims can't call for a taxi, they have to walk everywhere.
