You use the water gun! You get the water gun in the first part of the game. If u dont know how to use the water gun just hit the question mark when you pull up the water gun from your pockets.

to refill the water gun go outside and there is a well beside the saloon stand right in front of it and press the refill button on the gun.

It dosent have to be only the well it can also be a sink or that fountian thing or even a toilet.
