okay so my sims are 100% happy and fullfilled. They get pregnet go for 75 days and then nothing changes.. just stay prego and wont have baby. Also if i change outfits they will go from looking prego to not... ive lost the rub belly or talk to baby option. my sims is still prego and cant no no where and no babies... any ideas?

I dont think you can make babies on the sims 2.

It seems like you've come across a glitch. You might want to check out www.thesims2.com and ask what's wrong there. Most people are very helpful. Can you get the "Try for Baby" option? If not, you may need to re-install your game. :(

Did you use the turn aging off cheat? If so, try turning aging back on. If that didn't work, try moving the family to family bin and then move them back in.
