kay, i own sims 2 deluxe edition and i have the 2 extension packs, h & M fashion, and Teen Style Stuff, well everytime i try to open the cheat code window it doesnt work. i puch ctrl+shift+C and the window still does not show, ive tried it in different orders and ive tried using it when the game is paused in play mode, build mode, and buy mode, and still nothing. HELP! what do i do to get the cheat window up so i cant type in the cheats?

If your laptop is using Windows Vista, then you cannot use CTRL+SHIFT+C. A solution is to use CTRL+SHIFT+Windows key+C to open the cheat bar during gameplay. Hope this helps!

What is the windows key because i have a laptop running windows vista home basics and i can not get the code window up for the cheats

the windows key is the one located between the ctrl & alt buttons usually on a desktop, some laptops do not have these.
The key looks like the four-coloured flag that appears on your start menu. It doesnt say windows on the key, so keep an eye out!
