This is how you can have twins and triplets if you want more than one baby read the pregnancy book both parents have to read them.Or you could listen to the kids music on the radio.If you want a girl just eat watermelons if you want a boy eat apples.Both fruits need to be eaten twice a day just pick one fruit for ether kind of baby.If you have into the future just go to the future and go to the hospital and make a baby for 5,000 smiloins the parents get to pick the genes all the other stuff to like hair color, eye's skin all that cool stuff. To know if a sim is pregnant, after the deed has been done if the sim is pregnant you will hear a chime-like sound. Hope it helped

If you get fertility treatment on your sims, they are more than likely to have twins and if you're really lucky maybe even triplets,
