Keep trying for baby until you hear the joyful, happy bells song, as the sound effect signifies pregnancy in both human sims and pets. Eat 3 apples for boy babies, watermelons for girls, and watch plenty of cartoons, at least 6 hours worth, combined with the Fertility Treatment Lifetime Reward for multiples.

Hey everyone, If you want a large family then there are 3 ways:

1) Save up your lifetime points and then buy the fertility treatment award.

2) Save up your lifetime points and then buy the Genie lamp reward ( all your wishes come true) you get 3 wishes from the genie, one wish is have a big family which gives you twins, triplets and more.

3) Hope that you are lucky. Watch kids chanel, listen to kids music, read pregnency books and make sure that your sim is calm and relaxed at all times.

2. You have the trait family oriented
3. Purchase the ferlity life time wish
4. You can do all three

Tips

Make sure you have five sims or less including dogs.
Number 2 and number 1 happen rarely.
How you know your pregnant is when a moodlet that looks like a white goose has popped up and it says pregnant when you click "x"
