You will know that a sim is pregnant when after the love hearts fall down on the bed you will hear a little tune.

There should be a puke face on top of her head when she needs the loo also if you get the boy to try for baby and you hear a wired noise it means you've got a baby but if it doesn't then try the girl to do it on him instead! Salute

I heard the noise and my sim was sick it then said sick with us unone cause but it has been like a week in sim time and still nothing I tried to try for baby with him again but try for baby and wohoo are not coming up help btw I have enough room in my household

Hmm... It takes a while. You can't try for a baby or WooHoo so that means she is pregnant, and she's sick from "Unknown Cause' so that's a sign. Try your problem at http://help.ea.com
