Ducktime Moodlet and Town Upgrades

Where do you buy the Ducksworth of Bathington at, and is it available for the Wii. It doesn't show up for purchase at the store. Also, What are the Town Upgrades? I know of Going underneath the bridge while Kitesurfing, the *Rainbow Trout (Not Catfish) helps quickly for the amount of cash needed for upgrading the Hotel (It's a Cash value that you have that upgrades it, not just doing the cheat), The athletic, The book reading, the Recipe reading, and cooking a ton of dishes. Anything else besides those?
