So I moved a sim into a new house, the house that was now free i activated to move a new sim in, the house has the small house icon on top of it but every time I click on the house it closes the game and takes me to my home screen. When I double click the home button the sim app is still there so it never closes the game just minimizes it. It's been happening for about a month now and it's frustrating because I can't complete the goals as I need more people to add. Can someone help I'm really stuck

I'm on level 22 and it's happened to me too :/ PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!
