i cant get my mail and my sim wont grow to a baby timer thing wont work

my mail wont appear its been 5 days and i added a baby and it is not loading and i cant click it 8( and now i cant get another sim because it says you have to wait for other one and i cant move the crib someone please help me otherwise i have to restart im way to far to restart i got everything in my city but the nightclub and 10 adult sims and 3 toddlers and that was going to be 4 8( 8C please help im begging this is my fav app i dont have face book so i cant see if saving it on there and redownloading sims freeplay will work again please i am desprite
