How do u have babies I am on level 16 and have been doing my goals very well I have 1 married couple and the rest are dating and I want the married couple to have a baby please help I am playin the game just for the baby???????

You have to buy a crib from the baby tab in the shop, if you place it in your married couples house, you should get an add sim option over the crib, that'll let you have a baby.
