Competition Center Help.

So I built my competition center, and I did a plants cheat, while I was ahead time(2013) I opened the comp. center. Now when I put the time back to normal, I have more than 8,000 hours before I can do another competition...how can I fix this??!?

I'm having the same problem too!

Step 1:close the sims freeplay app
Step 2:change the date to the future
Step 3:open the sims freeplay app
Step 4:click on the competition centre
Step 5:don't close the app and set the time to automatic
Step 6:go back to the app and chose the event
Step 7:cancel the event and it should go back to normal

My going back in time cheat won't even work on the new supernatural update!

This really does work, I also applied it to the party boat that said over 9000 hrs to wait and that worked, but then had to repeat the compition centre.

dont cheat, your supposed to be playing the game for fin, why why cheat?
if you like the game you dont wanna finish it early and have loadsa money, you have just wasted the game.
enjoy it, spend time on it, cheating is for losers!
oh, and im having the same problem: i have purchased artist hobbies from the promotion centre and i dont know how to 'give them to my sims'?
any help from all of those real winners out there (not cheaters)?

Go to Sims house. Open inventory then click oh the hobby symbol. Should find yr purchases there

Don't change the date play it freely like the way it's meant to be played and you'll be fine trust me.

Arish123, it didn't work to me, i'd tried it many times!

You have to do it just the way you do when you have problems with the party boat ....

1. Close the sims app completely
2. Change the date to the future (the amount of time that you have to wait for the next competition)
3. Go back tu the aplication
4. Go to the competition center and when it shows you the new competition, Dont tap on the "select sim". Just go back to the setting and put the date and time automatically.
5. Open up the sims and it should appear in the same window of the competion. Now select the sim and wait for the competition to be over. It should be fixed.

Err... Why are you here if your not cheating? If you just come here to tell us off for cheating then get a life! You must of come here for a reason, to find help after you cheated otherwise why else would you be here! We enjoy the game there is nothing wrong with getting a little extra money to help us

I tried setting the time ahead but it keeps saying it can't connect to the server. I guess if the time's wrong it won't even let me start the game... Can't even get the singing fish due to my time being so screwed up D:
