Is there a way to add people without going through Facebook? I need someone to walk Me through the steps please! Do I need to go through the game Center app? Where do I put in other peoples game center user names?

Game Center is the way to go for me. Go to Game Center > Friends. Then hit the + sign in the top right corner (I'm on an iPhone). Type in their username. For example, my username is Snick3r5757 and you can add me. You have to wait for the other player to accept so I would advise looking for active gamers/players like myself.
