I'm on the boat and theres a man with a flamed torch and it says to capture the ship but everytime he sees me he throws it and blows me up and it says assignment failed

Hi what you need to do is be fast i find whatching him first to see his movement pattern so you can jump up and grab him when you know his back is turned at its most
