Yes you need a lot of energy I would recommend moving side to side quite fast and keep throwing punchs no matter what only start to block and try to move faster when your skill level is about 600-1000.
When your training for bowling and you have to hit 10 pins then 15 pins on the last one with ninety somthing pins you automaticly get a strike if you throw the ball on the right side bumper and if it rolls down it long enough it will hit a switch then you will hear a boom then all the pins just fall over
