How to enter Proto Palace Zone
Okay, so to enter Proto Palace Zone you must first head to the level select menu by pressing S, E, G and A in the SEGA logo in that order when it appears. If your did it right a ring chime will play. Then when Sonic, Tails or Knuckles appears on screen (depending on which character you choose) swipe up with two fingers. Now that your here, head to sound test and input the following code; 03, 03, 03, 0B, 10, 10, 10, 04. If you hear ring chime again, it worked. It's also best to enter Debug mode (here's the code incase you don't know it: 01, 09, 09, 02, 01, 01, 02, 04) as the level is (intentionally) unfinished and you can fall into a pit if your not careful.

Enable the 'Level Select' code and then play songs '04', '01', '02', and '06' in order at the 'Sound Test' menu.
Hidden options
First use the level select cheat.
Next play sound 00 a three times, a new menu will apper to allow you to change things like the player character (Knuckles and Tails can be choosen), item set such as s2 items, s3&k items,s2 random, s3 random, and you can also toggle the air cap and toggle flight.
Level Select and Sound Test
First start a no save game.
Next when the Sega logo appears tap the letters S-E-G-A in that order.
Now hold two fingers on the screen and wait until the level select/sound test screen appears, than you can take your fingers off the screen.

You can get an unlimited amount of 'continues' in No Save mode by going to the 'Level Select' screen and entering the code 1,9,9,1,2,1,1,2,4 at the 'Music Test'. If you enter the code correctly you will hear a confirmation sound. |

First, start the game in No Save Mode. When the Sega jingle is heard and the Sega logo apears, tap letters S-E-G-A in that order. You should hear the chime of a ring in the game. When the title screen appears, tap the screen with two fingers. The level select and sound test should appear. Go to the Sound Test and play songs 1-9-9-2-1-1-2-4 in that order. You should again hear a ring sound. Then select a level and, when it starts, tap the upper left corner of the screen. Then Debug Mode should be activated. Tap the corner again to disable Debug Mode. |
