My exercise consists of - walk fast over big hill to train station (10 mins), get on train, get off train 20 mins later, walk fast to uni (30 mins, end of the walk is up a large hill). Then do the same thing in reverse order to get home (after my lectures are finished, of course).
Three days a week.
Other than that, nothing. I'll probably start weight-lifting again soon. possibly sit-ups, although I get bored of sit-ups quickly as I never see any change even after doing them every other day for a month.
I don't gain weight very easily at all, thankfully.
