Thats impossible. The highest special attack stat mewtwo can acheive is 447. NO pokemon, OTHER THAN DEOXYS ATTACK FORM can acheive an attack/sepcial attack stat over 500. Way to lie, or way to cheat. But i think you're lying. 582- pokemonically(lol is that a word) impossible. Mewtwo's base special attack is 154; the average level 50 stat. The LOWEST level 100 stat it can have in special attack is 281(lower nature, NO IVS, NO EVS). The HIGEST level 100 SPA stat it can have is 447(upper nature, 31 IVS, 252 EVS)

^yeah, 614, something like that, its a shame shuckle doesnt have high hp, otherwise it would be da mantis
