hey people i got this code for action replay v3 that can give your pokemon max IVs for all the stats. i tried it and got a mewtwo with 30 IV for each stat. now all i have to do is raise it to level 100. so far its on level 29, with a spc att of 105. btw can you EV train a pokemon that has reached lvl 100, adn how.

a pokemon should have full evs by the time it reaches level 100 if you trained it the battling way...
and 105 sp.att for mewtwo level 29 is pretty crap (especially if its modest nature), yourve still got heaps of ev training to do on it...without ev training you should get about 350 sp.att...

Well mine had maxed out IV stats for the special attack and it had a upper nature, then I just trained it with Pokemon who gave out special attack EV.

true i havent. the best mewtwo i rasied so far was lvl 100 with a spc attk of 411. it had an upper nature was infected woth poke rus, was holding a macho brace and i only made it fight, mewtwo alakazams and gengars. so what is the catch to achieve a psc attk of 447. i dont get it.

Simple, your IV's for it's special attack was not maxed out when you caught it.

i went to the IV calculator at serebiinet and over there it should 30 for spc attk , which is closest possible to max. oh, yeah i think its nature was quirky though so that should give a max spc attk of around 400. but anyways i had another with the rash nature, each level it went up it only gained 3 or 4 EV points for spc attack and as i said i did all the right stuff, (macho brace, poke rus, adn fought mewtwo, alakazam adn gengar) but the max spc attck i got was 412? any explanations?????!!!!
