Well today there was some very close games. The London teams just kept on scoring today, bar Arsenal. Chelsea let in 4 and scored 4, Tottenham obliterated Fulham 5-1 and Man U went top with that 4-0 win over Sunderland. I feel rather sad for Derby, because they could have got a draw against Liverpool.

Derby might just be the worst EPL team in years.

If Derby can't draw an games at all, they might be the new record holders for the lowest amount of points in the season, the current record holders are Sunderland.

And in any case, GO MAN U!

Argh, why did I type in Liverpool? Thats the soccer coverage you get here in America. I didn't know the League Cup had even started yet! I guess I will take Chelsea.

Fulham have appointed former Blackburn Rovers and Inter Milan manager Roy Hodgson to replace Lawrie Sanchez.

I wouldn't count on Newcastle doing much of anything this season.

Blackburn, Bolton, Birmingham and Everton all went out of the cup, I'm especially surprised Everton did so, they are 6th or 7th in the league.
