Who are your favorite followers in the game? Who's following you now?
I had Fawkes and Dogmeat at one point. But then Dogmeat died leaving myself and Fawkes. And recently, I decided to start over again and change some things that I couldn't change anymore.

I currently have Charon (Spelling?) following me. He is doing a great job, only problem is when he occasionally gets stuck when I am moving through semi-complex areas in the wasteland. T_T

When i first got charon i had jericho with me and then i got charon too so i had 2 followers and i didn't have to do anything until i did the quest where you go to raven rock (don't feel like getting up and getting the guide to see the name) and i lost them both but gained fawkes. I love fawkes because he beat a behemoth all by himself and still had over half his health (before he healed) and survived a bus blowing up standing right next to it.
Meh.

I had Jericho forever, then I heard that I should get Clover, so I fired Jericho and got Clover. The I got Dogmeat and assaulted Paradise Falls, losing them both in the process. After Raven Rock I re-got Jericho and then got good karma for Fawkes, and they're both following me. Fights get boring now....

Male Evil: Charon
Male Neutral: Dogmeat + Sergeant RL-3
Female Good: Fawkes + Dogmeat
I like Fawkes the best, followed by Charon, then Sergean RL-3.

I have Clover following me now but I wish she had different hair (the Raider hair isn't working for me). I want Seargant RL-3 because having a robot would be sweet, but you couldn't give him armor to wear. Dogmeat is cool, but when I'm sneaking, he doesn't get the concept of it and attacks enemies.

My favorites are Fawkes and Charon (Or Clover and Charon considering which character I'm playing on.).
I give Clover/Fawkes Winterized T-51b, and the Rusty set to Charon. I just wear my stealth suit (and my Winterized Combat Armor through a glitch on my 360. Gary 23 is FTW.)

I thought Fawkes couldn't wear armor......
I'm currently in the process of glitching the game in order to get multiple followers composed of Charon, Fawkes, and Sergeant RL-3. I might also add Jericho. I have yet to think about him...

Oh...then I must of Star Paladin Cross then. I don't usually take a look at the names of my followers. I just think of Fawkes because Fawkes is a key part to the storyline.

I hate Dogmeat though. He's an idiot, and he doesn't have enough health, and because he's a good companion, I don't want him to die.
Let me give you an example of him being stupid: I was going to a small settlement, and had to go under an overpass. No problem. I go under it and kill a raider. I see more contacts on my compass, but don't see any. They're up on the overpass, and I don't want to screw with them, so I just move on. I turn around after a while, and Dogmeat is gone. I go back to look for him, and then get a message that he died. Apparently, he thought that it was a good idea to go fight the Raiders up on the overpass all by himself.
Damn mutt.

That's exactly why I don't bring him with me ANYWHERE. I only like Dogmeat because he can find stuff for me. That and it looks cool to have a dog companion.
I have yet to get Jericho as my follower. I can never get my Karma to evil. I think him, Butch, and Seargant RL-3 are my favorite followers. Well Jericho WOULD be my favorite follower, if I could get my Karma evil enough...

The only good use for Dogmeat is getting something out of a locker you can't get into. That's how I got the Victory Rifle. I like Charon and Fawkes. Jericho is ok, but he whines and whines and whines and never stops with the F-bombs.

Sergeant RL-3 is good too, but I killed him by accident once. I was in close combat with a Sentry Bot, so I went into VATS and started throwing Pulse Grenades. Then, RL-3 got a little too close and I ended up killing him too. I reloaded, because he's actually a rather good ally, if only for his huge carry capacity.
