Not really, Xemnas=AnsemX, Xehanort=Noheartx, no identity so he stole Ansem the Wise's. And in a fight, I'd say Xemnas.

Xemnas would OWN them all. Maleificent is a Bug compared to him. Ansem would probably put up a good fight, but he'd get crush after a while.
