Wailord: Good, but replace one of the water/ice attacks or any water pokemon will pwn you.

Rayquaza: Good too, but Rayquaza can't learn sludge bomb, I tried, plus netbattle lists all his moves, and so does the guide book, sludge bomb is not in his list of moves.

Raikou: Where do you get the ingrain, HE CAN'T LEARN IT! For the same reason as Rayquaza. He just can't. No where is it in his list of moves.

Camerupt: HE CAN'T LEARN LEAF BLADE! Otherwise good, but it's not one of his moves. Do you even play Pokemon?

Machamp: You almost had me there, I actually thought Machamp could learn sky uppercut and sword dance, but I am looking in the netbattle pokedex this second, and nowhere in his moves-list is there a sky uppercut or sword dance, I'm getting suspicious.

Latios: Good moves, 10/10 I would also suggest luster purge, that's just me.

Altogether a 4/10. It would be higher if you were more honest and truthful with what your pokemon's attacks really are.

Sceptile is too good of a pokemon for Rock Smash.

Never ever use hail on a non ice pokemon

Fury Cutter and Cut are no good.

That's all I will say about it now.

I got 4/10 from Bleepman.

I still don't accept that, I'm not that nieve. And if possible, I hate hacking, I do it the regular way, I don't cheat.

So what I like to cheat.

I always have the best moves for my team, all naturally learned.

Like mewtwo(the exception to special sweeping)

"regular" against 142/386
"not very effective" against 0/386
"no effect" against 0/386

Bassically, with that, you never see "It's not very effective" or "It doesn't effect 'so and so'" again.

Mewtwo does not know Calm Mind............
Toss Flamethrower for it!

Then I will have a set back, here is my strat:

Us ninjask with protect, double team, substitute, and baton pass(with leftovers).

After some fancy skilled attacks, his speed and evasiveness should be maxed.

Use baton pass to celebi(hopefully you have the substitute still up, if not, then), then have celebi know calm mind, recover, substitute, and baton pass(also with leftovers).

Max out the sp.atk and sp.def, and use baton pass to mewtwo, and he will be set.

That strat kills every time.

nice strategy,but then again,i know squat about judging others accurately.besides,it can easily be countered by whirlwind or roar.got something to stop either move from stopping your strategy?

Luster Purge is horrible! To many Special Attacks! Ditch this for Sceptile

Metagross-Volt Tackle is a move I have not heard of, but I am assuming it is a no good move that takes up space that something good would originally have.
I would suggest this: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Psychic, Substitute

Rayquaza- Finally a person who knows an above average set for Ray! I'd suggest to switch thunderbolt for Earthquake and Crunch for Dragon Dance so it is not a sweeper.

Kyogre- I see you got Calm Mind........ That's good. Go for this!

True, but by the time they figure out the strategy, my evasiveness will be too high to get high, unless your really lucky. If not, I also got a latios with helping hand, calm mind, dragin claw, and psychic. And mewtwo is REALLY strong to begin with. I never lost on net with that team.

Some all out attackers are good, not always, but some.
And sceptile is not the best, plus luster purge's ability to lower sp.def with 50% chance is great, latios can't go without it, or others that can learn it.

Volt tackle bad? Never! It's power is 120 with a 100% accuracy, even if it hurts the user a tiny bit, I mean tiny.

The rayquaza rate was fair.

Don't forget with Kyogre to suggest sheer cold or water spout(really cool attacks)

The mewtwo rate was fair, I myself like the elemental attacks and psychic more, but we all have different opinions.

Bulk up is good for blaze, so good judging.

Just checking up to see if your rates are fair.
