Wheheeeeeeeeey nice Team balancing! Sceptile however is the only superstar. Use a fire Type like Camerupt instead of Minun. And instead of Marill maybe a Milotic if you have the time to catch it, or maybe Walrein. Other than that you are not far enough to post sets

Swampert- Well Earthquake is obvious ( lol ) Muddy Water is no better than Surf except for the fact that Surf has better accuracy, so I'd use Surf instead. Maybe you should ditch Aerial Ace for....... maybe Mirror Coat or Efresh or something like that!

Latios- Shadow Ball is such a horrible move for Latios to have! Luster Purge is not as good as Psychic, so use Psychic. And switch Shadow Ball for Recover. [ what were you thinking with a Physical move on Latios? ]

Tyranitar- I don't really like T-tar with 3 Spec. Atk moves, yet sometimes it's good to catch the opponent off guard. ( I still wwould not try it ) Rock Slide is better than Crunch on
T-tar, so put that in instead. and use Flamethrower instead of Ice Beam, and lose Thunderbolt for Hidden Power, Toxic, or Thunder Wave. Lots a possibilities for T-tar eh?
note: You got Swampert and an AR I assume. Throw in Raikou or Sceptile instead!

Mew- The only thing I am not quite sure about is Metronome [ hehh. Maybe because I have never tried it before. ] Not: Nice Mew, but you could balance the team with a Fire type or Electric type. Maybe like Arcanine, Houndoom, Camerupt, Raikou, or Electrode.

Scizor- I like the idea of Swords Dance and Brick Break. Scizor is slow, but yes it can learn Agility so that DOUBLES it's speed. Quick Attack has no means at all, ever, Maybe a Toxic or Slash to make it sweet.

Metagross-Volt Tackle is a move I have not heard of, but I am assuming it is a no good move that takes up space that something good would originally have.
I would suggest this: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Psychic, Substitute

Volt Tackle is good, breed 2 pikachus with 1 holding a light ball(did so just today) and the pichu will know volt tackle.

(took alot of work to get him to know eruption and water spout, a combo of switching, them having low hp, and the weather and type against groudon and kyogre. The use it, smeargle sketches it. For all his attacks, I targeted my own pokemon in double battles.

Their levels are different, because I just put the team together, so don't rate low because their levels are way different.

holy heck... ppl spammed too much stand alone threads and the mods aren't doing n e thing about it... so i'm just gona stay here until things cool off outside...

v.tackle is a very very very very very *Stress* very powerful move especiali if yer using a pikachu coz it's just full of shyt like that.... in fact, i think if kyogre doesn't calm mind at all, volt tackle from a light ball pikachu with maxed EVS in SP.atk could take kyo down... 1 hit's an overstatement, but 2 hits for sure...

That's why I gave him crush claw, so he's has a move that is powered up because it is the same time. But damn, it was hard to get hime eruption and water spout lol. And I didn't post that volt tackle thing as spam or for no reason, Sk8rzBud2Rock said volt tackle was stupic, so I told him what It does cause he didn't know.

i understand justin, but stil u should consider what i've said about smeargle (but keep that one i guess, as a token to show how capable you are off cramming moves onto smeargle...) crush claw alone doesn't cut it for a smeargle, you should stick with it being an utility poke and letting it learn moves other pokes with better stats can't (for example if u could get it to learn spore that'd be good coz u have a 100% sleep chance and smeargle is faster than all the pokes who can use spore)

erm... i can't rili rate it, sert alrite i just give some suggestinos towards a higher rating? too bad i dunno wat else i can do =S

- cut down on the HM (rock smash, flash, dive, strength... donny learns more awsome moves than strength.. where the F*** is earthquake huh?)

- cut down on hyper beam (it is so shyt on kyogre if u haven't realised...)

urgh... other than that there's also the issue of keeping sheer cold which is stuperd on kyo... assuming your deoxys is the emerald speed deoxys... change its whole movesets... it's so defenseless...

to be blunt, this team is rili aw... kward (there's also another word i'd like to use but that's just plain mean...)

guess i'll be rating properli from june onwards... here's some headsup for those who want a rili powerful team beyond their imagination: go to fire read and look for threads thats started by MeleeNewb... very good (not to stress; BASIC) advice there that not many of you are following... read and you'll sure to score in the high 7s n 8s =D
