Metagross-Volt Tackle is a move I have not heard of, but I am assuming it is a no good move that takes up space that something good would originally have.
I would suggest this: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Psychic, Substitute

Rayquaza- Finally a person who knows an above average set for Ray! I'd suggest to switch thunderbolt for Earthquake and Crunch for Dragon Dance so it is not a sweeper.

Kyogre- I see you got Calm Mind........ That's good. Go for this!

ah i dun see n e problems with this team =D, it's in game n e wai not like n e body's strong enough to rape it 6-0 ... other than some dude in meteor falls (not gona spoil it... coz i thot it was wayyy cool who it was dat i found XDDD) erm... lets see

aggron - lol i remembering reading "all out atkers" somewhere on my way to this page... what else can these dudes do =D?? i'd suggest an alternate held item; maybe a berry when you get to plant more of them =D and maybe switch the 75acc iron tail for something that hits rather than hits hard

blaze - pretty decent lah~ i ono, held item + pick between thrower and blazekik~ they're pretty much there for same thing (blaze has other apps. but u dun have da set up) da rest is fine~

golem - woah anoda wall... *raise eye brow* well i guess it'll at least **** someone off when it explodes...

volbeat - mmm good to see someone actuali caught and used one o these ^^ nice set kinda... held item held item~

critikin - get blaze to hold scope lenz, re-learn it's focus power, and if you really want you can re-learn slash for a physical crit... otherwise blazekick's normaly enough (but slash + focus + blaze kick + sky upper means no bulk up... bulk up duzn't contribute to blazekick... argh the decisions) this is confirmed and works rili well =D

you could trade in one of your ground types for an utility poke that uses sunny day (hmmm maybe shiftry? does he use it??) dat helps blaze's kick, and aparentli (from serebii.net) during sunnyday, MOONLIGHT heals full health (... duzn't make sense if you think abuot it, but it probabli makese more sense than moonlight healing more in rainy days =S ...)

defense roll - azumaril could trade one of its water moves; which ever yuo like, it's all a matter of preference, for its old defense curl: aparentli defense curl + rollout = double damage (+ azumaril's pure power) this is also from serebii =S i rili doubt these combos since in their combo list i saw safeguard + outrage... which is bogus... but i have faith in this one... if memory serves, everything that learns defense curl learns roll out eventuali, so it should be accurate (and wayyyyyy cool)
