Uhh... Probably more zomies, harder to kill... probably less ammo and herbs lying around... Probably like that.

I played it and trust me u wont get past the catsle place die start ove die start over but if u do beat it u get a laser thing that kills the thing that pops out of there head!

im on pro now ..in the maze part with all the dogs ..it wasnt fun gettin there either got killed alot. but hey its all worth it for that lasor gun....too bad u cant move ur weapons over from normal to pro tho i have a lot of upgraded weaps in there that really do the job right if u know what i mean lol

HUH???!!!!!THE ISLAND IS NOTHING!!!now.....the castle....THAT was hard!!!But playing in pro mode with the plasma cannon...now THAT made the game on pro more(kinda)easier

I'm on my 1st pro run. you ain't kiddin the castle is hard. i am at room where you encouter red zealot, and many with and without shields. I only have 2 shotgun shells, 3 rifle round and 2 full health. i have a tmp that has no upgrades. its like shootin with a peashooter. my red9 has plenty of ammo, and punch but is just too slow to handle the group attacks that come on this map. i have tried to use rifle to take out crossbows 1st, also grabbing shotgun ammo to the left blast and run. get to room and raise crank. try to make a stand here and i get overrun eventually. I may drop back a chap and save shotgun ammo for this battle . any hoo its very challenging.

It's difficult at first. Once you've beaten it a couple of times (not including transfer save [second playthroughs that transfer all the items you had at the end of your first save over]) you'll know how best to do things.
My advice is use the knife and kicks as much as possible to preserve ammo for the parts with lots of enemies.

I tried pro mode at a friends house. I couldn't get past the castle gate.

Volke is right. The thing to do, is knife them in the knees, then once their kneeling beneath you, cap them in the head.
