Do you mean just got it? Erm, when you fight all the vilagers at the start, don't forget to pick up the shotgun in the bedroom of the house that's next to the big tower (to the left of it). You need the shotgun.

If u dont want to fight salvador, after your done looking by the tree take the path on the right you'll probably be spotted if you have time go in the hut on the right and slash the 2 boxes in it then go back and wait 4 the ganados 2 come.U might die

Isn't Dr. Salvador the chainsaw guy? If so, yeah, you only actually encouner him if you go in the big house with the Shotgun.

thats true. the first time i played it i went into the th house and then the cutscene came up.

To get past the first village place all you have to do is get on the roof of the house where you find the shotgun( find and save some grenades.) Run around to the place where you get the spinel. Turn around and just shoot everyone that rounds the corner in the legs with your pistol. When they fall, shoot them in the head. Repeat until the chainsaw guy comes. Shoot him in the torso with the shotgun. When he falls, I advise the stored grenades. When you expend your last grenade, just shoot him in the head with the pistol after each fall. If you run out of shotgun bullets, run and jump off the roof. Run and find ammo taking cheap shots at salvador when possible. When he's desposed of, the rest is easy.

Well, there is a second place you can fight dr. salvador, but you have to be killer good to kill both dr. salvadors. there are two paths, when u get past that scene using the electronic bonoculars. If continue to take the path to the left that leads out of the village u will run into Dr. Salvador there too. If you are fast enough after killing him u can pick up the Ruby he drops, turn around and go into the 2 story house and face a second one. Fun as heck! XD
