His feet. King Boo is proof that nobody in Mario Kart games use foot pedals. If Mario Kart was realistic, we would never have had turtles, giant plants, ghosts and monkeys (amongst several dead skeletons) driving go-karts.

And if they bring back the specialist items like DS then he could have like endless bombs for 15 seconds and turn the race on it's head. And he should be given his own course unlike Birdo, who was completely ripped off.

Yeah, i could just see him riding around in a tiny titan or a blue falcon, but he would look weird on bike. And Mouser i haven't seen him in a Mario game for ages.
