i just played an online game and 1 of my opponents had all weapons and boosts everything(right from the start). he thru red shell had blue shells and bob ombs at the start as well as inv stars, at the start before ever hitting a box. i figured if anyone can find out how this is done you would be the guys for the job.......:P

I've only ever seen this twice. Whoever it was must have been using some form of cheating device so that he could use whatever items he or she wanted to. People who cheat online are rare, but it appears that you simply came accross one.

The person cheated. He used the Powersaves cheating device to make it so.

he could have used the homebrew channel as well. look it up on google or youtube to find out more about it.
