Ok, go to your team and copy the link in your address bar.
Then go to your signature box and type the following (substituting the link and words for what you want)

Bahh forgot about the closing thing. Brad waking me up made me not think. Anyhow, just look through this thread. It helps explain how to get a sig but for URLs just use the button in the area which looks like a chain. and link in where it says [ URL] adding in [ url=] just no spaces. :/
