Nope. It said only a prime can kill a prime. I'm pretty sure the fallen is optimus' bro(or at least they are in the same generation), and you're kinda right on the third one, 3 primes sealed the tomb, those were the remaining primes after the battle for the matrix of leadership.

It never came right out and said that only a Prime can kill a Prime. Also the Fallen's brothers were the ones who sealed away the matrix. They are ancestors of Optimus so that means the Fallen is an ancestor of Optimus.

my only big complaint about transformers aside from the plot is.A lot of times I didn't know what side the robots were on.especially in the very beginning of the movie

True enough, I thought the Audi R8 at the very beginning was a good guy until it got sliced in half. A lot of the Autobots never really did much apart from Bumblebee and Optimus.

I was also disappointed bumblebee didn't get enough show time.he got like maybe 10 minutes total?
