lucario debate -is it legandary

ill start and i think no its not a legandary because you can breed it-i think

I dont think I ever saw a girl lucario and on some points,I think it is legendary envolving the movie but on others I think its just a cool rare pokemon like Skarmory,Gyarados,Garchomp,etc.

No. It's definitely not. If it was a legendary you wouldn't be able to breed it and get more Lucario. And yes, you can get female Lucario's, but they have like a 15% chance of being that gender, whereas it's 85% for males. Something like that.

So, yeah, not a legendary.

in my opinion its just a rare-ish pokemon like dratini, larvitar, and some others....

I think it's somewhere in between because, yeah, you can breed it, but you can breed Rotom so I don't think it's just because you can breed it that makes it not legendary. But it can't be legendary because, well, it's not that common, but it's more commen than, say, Dialga, or Azelf. There's 3 Lucarios in the game and only 1 of each legendary, not counting Rotom,since you can breed it. Bottom line; It's legendary-ish. But that's just my opinion.

Rotom isnt really considered a legendary although it has forms.

Rotom isn't a legendary.

Rotom isn't a legendary because there is no reason why it would be and something like castform wouldn't be. Lucario isn't legendary because there are multiple and it is just a regular, slightly rare Pokemon that was featured in a movie.

Well, I still think Lucario is, like, 40% legendary.

It's concerning Lucario who is only found in Pokemon D/P/Pt, so it's fine where it is.

Of course, you can breed Manaphy too. Are you saying that Manaphy's not a lengendary either?

Phione can't evolve into Manaphy. The movie based on Lucario could arguably have been based on Mew as well, since the first movie had more of Mewtwo being involved, I think.

I would have to say that he is a non-legendary pokemon, curtain aspects may make it feel as though he is a legendary especially the movie. But since I have a whole family of lucario and that it has been confirmed that he s non-legendary is how I my answer.

I believe that Lucario is in fact a non-legendary, it is for the fact mentioned here many times that it is breedable, now Heatran is a legandary to my knowledge even if it is comparable to lucario, it can't be used for breeding.
