F_S: It's not hard to be respected on the forums, and you can still be as active in teams as you are now. It's also not too hard to gain respect. It's just a matter of time.
Where people mess up, is when they assume because they are known on teams they are known on forums. :/ if you want a shot, it'll almost be like completely starting over, with the forums.
