my sleeping pattern were rather random, but i rarely-to-never had my healthy 8hours sleep.

Pretty much that, except I never wake before noon. Or used to.
School just started, which means I have to go to bed at 1 AM, tops, so I can get up around 7.

Me on work days i get about 4 houres sleep days i dont work i get about 9 houres sleep

I have done that several times, the worst is when you have work... doing that can easily get you fired or wrote up.

Well considering i am ether working with machinery or next to it in my factory. it is not advisable to get as littel sleep s i do get but i cant help it.
