ok there is a problem on the pokemon general series forum when you try start a new topic it wont load and then it says the topic was not made when it was and on the teams and clans board you cant start a topic theres no button

Ok so your first problem is badly worded, I need you to reword it so it actually makes sense.
Secondly, only team chiefs can create threads in the T&C teams, and that's by using the "Manage Threads" link under the Chief's Controls.

OK yeah I just tried and it's the same for me. After clicking submit topic it loads endlessly and when you click on the forum the topic is actually there. So basically, it doesn't transition from the topic being made page, to the 'Topic Has Been Created' page. I've seen this problem before.

yes and before i got confused and thought the topic was not made so i tried again and again and i made three topics without realising

Ah, I assume you mean you've created your own team.
In this case teams can take up to 24 hours to appear, keep checking the "Your teams" section in your bio to see if it's appeared yet.

i started a team last year in october but im the only member so i want to know how to make a topic on the teams and clans forum to get more members oh and i edited my bio and nothings there
