This time, the voting is on the GAME forums, including Gamecube, Xbox, Playstation, Playstation2, Gameboy, PC, Gameboy advance, etc. Everyone is allowed to vote. edit: wtf it has to have a forum on supercheats? i'm sorry, that's a stupid rule, you're killing half the console era (1985-1995) and most good games along with it. i'm not following it.

Alright let me explain number 8. By gamers, I mean people like, Sonic the Hedgehog, or, Sora from Kingdom Hearts, Vergil from Devil May cry,Mario, Luigi, etc. It's just basically people that are in the games that you like. The one that is said the most, the game of that person will be tthe winner.

Shouldnt thegame of the year be a game that came out this year or late last year.

The Game of the year can be "ANY" game that has a forum on Supercheats. It could be Halo 1 or 2. It can be Kingdom hearts, Final Fantasy X, Grand theft Auto 3, WWE Smackdown: Shut your mouth, etc. As long as it's on Supercheats, it really doesn;t matter.

I agree with Masked-o-Sheik on a lot of things, and this is one of them. You're ignoring the beginnings of video games, the innovative games, like the Mario or the DK Games for SNES, and in addition to that, the majority of games here don't even have forums.
