Well some addictions are pretty driven... lol
Anymore I only have to chew a piece if I start spacing out or I really get upset and feel like I need to go and have one. But there are, uh, other times. having green dangled in front of me everywhere I go isn't so bad when it's serving as a substitute for something worse. In my opinion, anyways.
point is, its something that can be broken with a little willpower.
