The War of 2112 [Rp]

The Story:
In the Year 2112 an Unkown message was sent to the American Goverment to declared War, The message that was sent was in some form of Language translated saying "Humanus of Terra , Nos have subsisto in Umbra pro desidero paratus futurus Tentatio per Atrum Nox noctis of Caroth" Translated it states "Humans of Earth, We have stayed in the Shadows for to Long prepared to be Attacked by The Dark Nights of Caroth" This war is soon to Start. The Army is recruiting members to repel the attacking Invaders at any means neccasary.
(I may have spelt the last word wrong.)

Appearance: Red eye, the other is under a metal armor guard. Silver hair. Scales are black with red lines on shoulders.
Personality: Calm. Very calm and laid back. Loves war and violence for some reason.
History: (I will try this) When younger his elder brother slaughtered his mother and father in front of him and tried to kill him but had to quit in the process because some Dark Knights came in and attacked him. Decios was left with only one eye. He grew up in a heavy military academy and excelled in fighting. Was recruited to their army at younger age than most and rose through ranks extremely quickly soon getting himself in the 6th highest position and he stayed there.
