How about an attack like Ultima only it doesn't just sound cool, it actually does some high damage. Shadow Flare! Wip out some 99,999 power (with Damage Break).

a move that gaurds and for that turn the character that is gaurding on gets dealt 1 damage

Maybe an item that drains HP from all enemies and gives HP to your party.
