Are there any other pokemon that are not origingally for Blue/ Red you can catch other than Pikablu, Mew, and Togepi? If so, how do you get them? Thanx.

Pikablu is not really a Pokemon. It's a Marill. And what exactly do you mean?

Lugia... it can be obtained in the game through some data splicing with Missingno.
