So does anyone here excercise regularly, or are you all just lazy?
Just kidding I'm pretty sure there are some fit people on Supercheats.
I play squash and soccer and ride a few kilometers on an excercise bike weekly.
How about you? Any interesting excercise routines?

^You two planning on doing the Ironman this year?
Not that I was expecting many professional athletes on a gaming site, but I'm sure there are some fit people here. Right?

I have no idea what that is. I might get a few beers in and watch Iron Man, but that's about the limit of it.

I try to go to the gym at least three times a week.

I'll be lucky if I get in two sessions per week...

As a result, I've gained a lot of weight going into university. I gained 14 pounds since summer (I checked a week ago or so).

My metabolism eats everything. I could eat fifty hamburgers and lose weight from the effort I put into it. I know exercise is healthy, but I don't do it because I look and feel fit. When the metabolism starts slipping and I start gaining weight, I'll have no problem doing some exercising to maintain myself. I've always kind of enjoyed running and stuff like that, anyway.

I go to the gym and do a heavy lifting regimen about 6 days a week. I do a 3 day split: Chest/Shoulder/Tris, Back/Bi, Leg
I also play competitive soccer 2-3 times a week.
Ive stopped running 3 miles a day because of the cold but no I will start again soon!

I used to. Played field hockey, football (soccer), touch rugby, 7 a-side rugby, rugby union (15 a-side) and the occasional game of indoor cricket.

Then I blew out my knew a few years ago, I've been pretty lazy ever since. I lack motivation to get up & start exercising again haha.

Me & my mom take walks in the spring, summer, and part of the fall. I usually jog every day then too. But we can't in the winter because it gets too cold & stuff. I need to start doing sit-ups or something indoors to get in shape.

I play hockey in the winter, baseball in the spring/summer. But playing on 3 hockey teams pretty much keeps me in shape plus off ice training and the like and during the summer I play baseball in the yard, basketball, football etc. just with my friends and stuff.
Thanks Craizen

I've been lazy ever since I turned fourteen. Climbing two flights of average stairs is difficult for me, walking more than a kilometre is usually beyond my abilities. My metabolism couldn't be any slower now than it was a few years ago, it doesn't help that some of the medication I had to take in order to live made my appetite extravagant. That's no excuse though, I should exercise more than what I do now, well that is if walking down to the shops nearby or walking through centres counts as exercise.

A gym membership would be great, heck even a bike to ride would be great. I'm saving up for a bike, just one of your average pedal ones. Pity gym membership here costs something like $500 a year.
