well i dont think mewtwo is stronger than rayquaza and i dont think rayquaza is stronger than rayquaaza, u see mewtwo maybe have ice been to kick ray's *** but aint psychic weak against flying and ice and dark ? rayquaza can learn a flying move and dark moves and ice moves so i donno and m2 can learn icy moves so he can beat ray.

A few Calm Minds and recovers would make M2 invincible to any special attacks from Rayquaza. One Ice Beam would OHKO Ray easily. Ray is too weak. Not even crunch against Mewtwo could kill him. Face it, you little maggot, Mewtwo is better than Rayquaza.
Here are the base stats:

Ray: 105
Attack
Mewtwo: 110
Ray: 150
Defense
Both: 90
Sp. Attack
Mewtwo: 154

Defense will far surpass Ray's. Even with Dark moves on ray, they'd be USELESS! Ice Beam from a Cm'd Mewtwo would KILL RAY IN ONE HIT!

Ice Punch, too. But Ice Beam seems to be more powerful. Eh, any Ice Move combined with Calm Mind would kill Ray.

Even without Ice Beam Mewtwo can still probably 2HKO Rayquaza with Psychic without Calm Mind, if not then one Calm Mind to 2HKO Rayquaza then.

because blizzard may be stronger than ice beam but it has lower accuracy and yeah mewtwo would always beat ray(unless you taught m2 a bad moveset and ray had extremespeed+dragon dance if he managed to survive)

too many noobs ouch i used to b one maybe still is but mewtwo ever losing to rayquaza first of all if rj isnt a good trainer beacuse u think ray will b m2 u didnt even know m2's weakness for cryin out loud u said flying, ice and dark was his weakness
