I've seen to many submissions that make absolutely no sense in any manner. Take this question from Call of Duty: Black Ops

Some people will post the same question for the answer!

I really think these Guest subs be:
A. Rejected if it makes no sense.
B. Rejected if it doesn't follow guidelines.
C. Be better moderated.
D. Not allow Guests to ask or answer questions.
Seriously, most people will forget about the question and never come back to it!

That's a really horrible question, yeah. But allowing only registered members to ask questions would be a bad way to appeal to a wider audience. By allowing anyone to ask questions you're not forcing people to register for a website just to ask the question; most wouldn't bother and would just move on to ask elsewhere.

There is a button to report the question but as for moderating all submissions, it just wouldn't be feasible. Plus you can sort of see the question the poster is trying to ask there: they want to know how to beat a compound. Having played the entire campaign myself I can't narrow down an area I know as "the compound" but hey, you can't really moderate poor education... government's have been trying for years.
