I heard that 2012 is the end of the world. I myself thinks it's not true, but what do you guys think? Give me why you do or don't think so. Or did you never heard of it?
Apparently from what I studied is that on Sunday, December 23, 2012 the sacred Aztec calendar, also known as the Eagle Bowl, will end. So people thought this would be the end of the world.

No, I don't think it's going to happen.
I may have a couple screws short of a brain, but I thought it was the end of their world, or the end of their era.
There is a winter solstice that occurs of the predicted date (to my knowledge) but that doesn't mean the world will end.

I dont think so its pretty much like 1 in 1000000 but the aztecs were around in the 15 century so of course it wont end because they thought 2012 was like 3011 for us so no

Yeah, this is just like Y2K or even the recent Harold Camping predictions. Until it actually COMES TRUE, it's a crock imo. And plus, they had to stop the calendar sometime. You don't see calendar companies making calendars 15 years in advance, do you?

According to their believes (myth) it's just an end of the "people of the corn" what is supposed to be us and their "God" (The Feathered Serpent) would create most likely another kind of human. Before there was people from mud and people of wood...so this is just a myth that has been taking out of it's proportion.
