In my course today we used Adobe Illustrator again :P This time we made a female vector and this is how mine turned out. I know the hair shading is pretty crap but it's still working in progress.

That's way better than what I'm capable off. No wonder your so talented with the pen tool. Though Illustrators is easier than PS.
Though I can't figure out why the edges look rough Illy is a Vector program .-.

Ima be honest with you, that shading is not crap, that gives it a simple feel, and for what your doing, it complements it imo

To me, some onf the shading in the hair looks missplaced or unnecessary. Other than that it's really good 
few minor errors such as the tops of the straps and back of the neck. You know, things that you dont notice when your doing it.
